The CU Synchronized Skating team was started in 2006 as an exhibition team. Since then, the team has gone on to win two Pacific Coast Championships in the Open Collegiate division, and has continued skating at exhibitions. It is our goal to move up to the Collegiate division and become the first Collegiate level synchronized skating team in the Pacific Section. We currently practice on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:15 to 7:45, with additional off ice practice as necessary. We practice at the ice rink conveniently located in the student rec center on campus. As a club sport, we receive free ice time at the rec center for practices. Students at CU also enjoy free open ice time at the rec center daily. |
